Free panel
At first, the project was deemed to be commercial means to create multi-media user interfaces supporting Adobe Flash(tm). Their main purpose was to create navigation panels for electronic books & directories control.
In the course of project development there was built an interface editor which allowed to create interface visual elements in Adobe Flash(tm) & to write their condition in XML data format.
In a while, it was decided to make this editor available for public use via software free distribution.
